Bob Martin has been tattooing for 24 years and has been located in Bloomington since 1993. Upon leaving Artistic Skin Design, a shop he came to Bloomington to help open with a friend, Bob went on to work at Kutting Edge, though he hopes no one will hold that against him. Now, with the help of his assistant, Pam, Bob owns and operates Skyn Art.
